We had a great showing on opening day and those that came hopefully got a glimpse of the Spirit Wear we are trying to sell in support of the League. We hope that many of you buy a Tri-Town Sweatshirt, T-shirt, or Polo and help the League make a strong presence in this community.
Your coaches will be redistributing flyers this week for those of you that may not have gotten one. All orders forms and payment needs to be handed into your coach by Saturday May 2nd.
If you would like to make a purchase with a credit card, all the items are available on our website. Make sure you make note of which team you are in sponsor of when you make your purchase. Pizza will be provided to the team with the most sales, delivered to the field after a game.

Tri Town PICTURE DAY SCHEDULE

Teams to come 15 min. early with forms filled out and payment enclosed!!!
Snack Shack will only be open on Tuesdays/Thursdays/Saturdays when at least one game is being played. If only practices are scheduled, it will not be open.
If you are the Home Team playing at Ripley or Porter Field at Community field you will be required to provide coverage at the Snack Shack.
There will be two shifts for each game. The home team will be required to provide one volunteer for each shift.
There will be SPECIFIC TIMES that volunteers need to report to snack shack. Please refer to the following schedule:
5:15 to 6:30
6:30 to 8:00
8:45 to 10:00
10:00 to 11:30
11:30 to 12:45
12:45 to 2:00
2:00 to 3:30
3:30 to 4:45
4:45 to 6:15
All volunteers need to sign up on the website by Friday May 1st. Snack Sign Ups are located under the heading “Volunteers Needed”.
Each team needs to have a designated “Snack Shack Coordinator”. The Snack Shack Coordinator will make sure that volunteers are in place for all home games and that they have all signed up on the website.
